Heres a way early look of a cover that never did get finish, some day I do plan on doing this cover just because I think that poster is sweet.

Wrestlemania 7 custom

Another one of my favorite covers. Its a full blown Wrestlemania 7 custom cover.

Early work: Royal Rumble 1991

This is one of my most early custom covers, made some time around 2005 - early 2006, well before I knew anything about what it takes to make a cover. This was nothing more then a simple cut and paste type cover, with some cheesy effects, but I was really happy with it back then.


As for the cover and everything, I used some template I found on the net, it was crap then, and still is, someone would be nice to make a custom looking like this, just way more flashy and HQ. The idea with the cover is it was meant to look like the Royal Rumble 1990 cover. lol and a better template, like one of my own. lol

WWF WWE Wrestlemania 7 convert

Another one of my early converts, and one of my favs. This I think was my first Wrestlemania convert, I also have a custom of it I'll be posting later. Also a 2nd version.

WrestleMania VII was the seventh annual WrestleMania professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It took place on March 24, 1991 at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena in Los Angeles, California. WrestleMania VII was originally supposed to be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, but it was decided to move the event to the adjacent Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena. The World Wrestling Federation's stated reason for the venue change was that a threat had been issued towards the company in the wake of Sgt. Slaughter's portrayal of an Iraqi sympathizer; others have cited slow ticket sales.

The tagline for the event was "Superstars and Stripes Forever," and is remembered for its theme of American patriotism. American flags were hung all over the arena and the ring apron and banners were colored red, white, and blue, which was the basis for the main event between Hulk Hogan and Sgt. Slaughter for the WWF Championship. WrestleMania VII is remembered for the emotional reunion between "Macho Man" Randy Savage and his manager, Miss Elizabeth, which occurred following "The Ultimate Warrior getting his Ultimate Win" (as Henry Winkler put it on the broadcast) over Savage in a "Retirement Match". The theme song to this event, "Worldwide Spectacle", was written by WWF's internal composer, Jim Johnston.

This cover is very much like my other Survivor Series 91 custom, but it has the front staying original, with the back being custom.

It took place on Thanksgiving Eve, November 27, 1991 at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan. It was the first Survivor Series to feature a singles match (or a title match).

The back of this is done up from the December 1991 WWF Magazine all scanned at 600dpi, and the front at the bottom is from the ad. Rest on the front is official. And this cover in general is a "wrestling mark" type cover, because it features wrestlers who were scheduled to wrestle but didn't due to injury and the card being changed, but this cover is based on the original card.
