Non wrestling cover related...As you can see theres a new template. Over the next few weeks I'll probily be going through alot of different templates until I find just the right one. Feedback is welcomed.

Old WIP: Royal Rumble 2009

I never shown this off before, it was one of my first ideas on the Rumble 09 cover to put 8 wrestlers on the front and I was going to have some city like background or something weird. I dunno but I never went past this on this cover, my ideas changed not long after I made this.

The Bash 09: start to finish

Here I'll show what I started with all the way to the finished cover for my Bash 09 retro style cover.

Here is the original Bash 88 cover that this cover is based on:


Now I didn't follow suit and use the same logo, so I edited another classic logo one in which was used for this Bash 86' cover:


I didn't create my own logo or anything, went with this one from psdprotolcol



Then I started...


My first idea was to have Rey on the front, because it looked best in terms of how the original looked, because I wanted a pic with ropes and what not like the original.

But that to me just did look right, so I went with this..


So after adding Orton and HHH (psd came from again psdprotolcol) I had to get the font looking right, that wasn't to easy.

From there it was on to the spine, and getting it to look like the real thing, color wise anyway.


Then I added another PSD to the back, I did that cut my self.


Now the real back bone IMO to making this cover look good at all is the overlay I used, in other words the texture. You can find it here at deviantART CLICK HERE for the texture.

After all that it was on to adding the match card, doing thats never fun, like getting it all lined up and looking good. And placement, its never fun.


Not much done here just some small tweaks..

Survivor Series 2008 custom cover

This was maybe my 3rd WWE custom cover for WCF, at the time I thought the concept was great, but it didn't turn out so great now. It has some cool old school traits to it.

Rare: WWF Wrestlemania 5 Japanese version

Never seen this before, its ugly with the green, but looks alot different then the CHV released one.

Its for sale on ebay right now, look it up if your interested.

Found this on ebay for sale yesterday, Never seen it before.

WIP: The Bash 2009 custom

As I said I would show off my Bash custom cover here first.

SO anyway just started on this late last night, one day before the PPV, unless I work real hard on it tonight, and I don't think I will, it just wont get done until some time next week, I'd like to say well before the weekend, but who knows. Check back for many more previews for this cover.

WIP: Summerslam 1989 Custom

Sorry for the lack of posting, but had alot going on. Anyway as if no one knew it, this cover will take a while to finish. One reason being I'm cutting everything that will go on the cover, unlike some or most others that have psd's that already been cut.

So in this update I've got Savage/Zeus/Sherri added, but where their at on the cover doesn't mean thats where they will be at.

Here is my latest project Summerslam 1989..Custom.

This will be my first of many classic covers I do custom's of turning them in to modern looking graphic covers, rather then in the past just being a convert, or custom being just to keep it looking original. In the past the closest I have came to doing custom classic covers are my WM9 and RR90 covers, both still had major intent to look basic and a little original, the RR90 cover was still meant to look like a 1990 cover, rather then this Summerslam 1989 cover that I hope looks like something from 2009.

Delaying one to start another...

Instead f starting my Bash 2009 cover like I had planned instead I'll be starting on a Summerslam 1989 custom cover.

Full Cover: Wrestling's Living Legend Bruno Sammartino

This video has to be a rare one, I've never seen the video at a rental store in my life, and I use to rent at a few places in the 90s that had almost every single wrestling video made, never seen this one though, nor do I ever find it on Ebay for sale. I think this is where I found this full at, but it had to be the only time I ever seen it, as it is I've had the full for a few years now.
