Lots of Summerslam WIP's coming soon
An update, I have finished 2 of my Summerslam 09 retro covers, both are shown on the WCF site, fulls have yet to be released but they are coming very soon. Plus more Retros are coming soon as well. So anyway back to the topic at hand, I have alot of WIP's to show off for the retros and the custom I've been working on (thats not finished). Don't know if I'll show the WIP's today or tomorrow. Anyway in the least I have about 20+ WIP's to show.

WCF 2.0 returning
Quoted from the WCF site
So whats that mean for here? It means in the mean time I'm going to be getting covers ready, and I'll be getting covers reposted for the new site, due to that most full covers I had posted on some sites, well are kind of hard to see due to the site being shit, like picpanda. Place never works. So look for some fulls to be posted soon.
Alright everybody, after a few hours of tinkering around and getting some things straight, the forum is back up and running and EVERYTHING is restored from the moment we went down.
I've turned off the forum as Ben and I have just a few changes to make before we are opening her up again.
I would like to say though that Steve -- if you were going to lie to us and say that it was all about your lack of money, you really shouldn't have posted that stuff you did in the shoutbox. Probably not your brightest move. tongue.gif
But I digress because the relevance of those petty arguments has dwindled increasingly since we went down. THIS TIME it's about building OUR WCF back up. dribble.gif
We will once again be THE forum on the internet where everyone wants to come. To those who say nay - fuck you. To those who support us - we are with you all the way and look forward to joining you on the new WCF with new features, new members, new COVERS, and everything else we've grown to love.
WCF 2.0 IS COMING!!!!!!!!

Clean up & tags
As you can see I added "tags" to the right side, to make it easy for finding what you want, but not only that, but I cleaned alot of the useless tags up, such as removing tags like "hulk hogan" "ultimate warrior" "dvd" and "custom covers" and about 25+ other useless tags.
Also along with the I will be trying to improve some of the content, such as just making the "tags" part look a little better, in that instead of seeing some tag like "SNME" with a 1 next to it, I'll try to add a few more SNME covers, just to widen the range of content and fill in the gaps of whats lacking. I know its all meaningless just about, but whats the point of even having a SNME tag, if I'm only going to show off 1 SNME cover? I know I'd want to see more.
If anyone has tips or anything they would like to see here on the blog you can always leave a comment on any post, or contact me on MSN at joekim00@live.com

Update on being "delayed"
Yes I am somewhat still "delayed" making covers, because of the fact that PSDprotocol is still lacking alot of its PSD's, but they are working hard, so hopefully in due time the needed PSD's will be on their site for use.
But in the mean time I'm some what working on the building stages or like templates of the Summerslam covers, hence why all thats shown is the background/font/logo thats about it.
So its not that I cant work on covers, its just that I need to work around and build around the PSD's that wont be there for a while.

A question about getting my full covers? And making your own cover
Someone asked how to get some of my full covers, or how to make covers like mine.
The answer is simple, you can get fulls to most of all my covers, just not here. You can get my covers at the WCF forums, by looking up my name or looking up a cover you want. But the new WCF 2.0 site was shut down, but its in the process of returning soon. And also a few of my covers can be found at the older WCF site. Links to the WCF forums can be found on the right side under favorite links.
Now as for making covers your self. None of its easy when starting out if you don't know much about graphic design. But some tips on getting started, you need photoshop, or a program like it thats good, then you might need a dvd cover template which can be found at the WCF forums, then you will need some wrestler psd's (a file type for photoshop) those can be found at the psdprotolco site (link can be found by the WCF links) after that the best tip is if you don't know how to work photoshop, then look up some tips and tutorials on making simple stuff, and in no time you will know how to make something simple cover wise.
And other tips that noobs don't follow with covers are, make sure the colors are all right and the tone, meaning dont have some wrestler all dark and one all bright. Have both dark or bright and so on. Then make sure they are all sized up right, meaning don't have Rey Mysterio looking bigger then the Undertaker, unless its suppose to have an effect to look that way. Also make sure you don't stretch your images, and don't take a small low quality pic and make it look all huge on a cover.
Hope some of these tips help. And one last thing, the fulls of my covers are on the WCF forums, to just help in the smallest way to promote that site, its a awesome place, with quite a few very gifted cover makers.

Minor delay...
I would be working on my Summerslam covers, but at the moment for the past few days now the psdprotocol site has been down, and now being rebuilt, so once they get all the needed content back, I'll be back to work on some covers. But I might be working on some template type stuff for the covers, so there may or may not be a WIP preview today or tomorrow, of the other covers besides the v1 cover shown so far.
